  • Score break – 70-90% open
  • Electrolytic – 100% open, burr free, slight edge break
  • Laser – 100% open, burr free, sharp edge
  • Some parts can be tumbled to break edges.

  • Electrolytic – ultrasonic: degreaser, brightened, DI flush
  • Laser – degreased, pickled, rinsed
