has developed unique miniature stainless tubing
that you should be specifying and using. Not
only does our tubing have a smaller heat effected
zone than TIG welded tubing, but our finishes
are smoother as a result. We offer three distinct
finishes to fit your particular needs. The
finishes outlined below are for reference

K-Form
K-Form
tubing is fabricated without exposing the interior
to lubricants or mechanical drawing, offering,
therefore, the cleanest, purest tube interiors
available anywhere. K-Form is also more flexible
and more resistant to breakage than any other
stainless tubing. The other good news: K-Form
is the most economical of all U.S. manufactured
needle tubing. All tube sizes supported. |

Matte
Draw
The Matte Draw process incorporates floating
plug drawing to increase tube density. This process
renders the weld line invisible and improves the
exterior tube appearance as well as smoothes interior
surfaces. The Matte Draw process improves the
"feel" of stylet wire insertion.

Brite
Draw
The interior
and exterior finishes produced by the Brite
Draw floating plug drawing process
are unrivaled in the industry. The process totally
eliminates interior coarseness which makes Brite
Draw the tubing choice for critical blood flow
applications and delicate procedures where turbulence
and cell damage must be minimized. Tube sizes
23 ga through 10 ga supported. |
